Elizabeth has over 14 years of classroom, administrative, accreditation and project management experience on all levels of education. She holds both a Bachelor and a Master of Arts degree. She founded Millennial Education Services (MES) after years of watching her colleagues struggle with the growing challenges and demands of an evolving education system. She has a passion for helping teachers become their best selves in a non-threatening productive environment.
Elizabeth believes that successful teachers do not change WHAT they teach, they change HOW they teach. She has found ways to deliver eduction to her students with strong technology components. Such as virtual classrooms; interactive classrooms; online testing and polling; bring your own device program; and flipped classrooms. Because she has not been afraid of changing her style of delivery she has watched countless students enjoy learning and succeed in life.
She has served as a chair of a Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation team, that received the highest level of accreditation possible, a 6Clear. She has also served as member of multiple accreditation teams, she understands clearly what other stakeholders require in and from teachers and students.

Michelle has worked in the P& C insurance industry for over 10 years, specializing in the area of non-profit insurance and risk management. She began her career with Adventist Risk Management in 2000 as a Placement Specialist and was promoted to a Field Service Representative servicing the territory of northeastern region of the US. Michelle has been an Account Executive since 2005 at leading companies in the industry. In addition to direct client service, her responsibilities consist of the top level management of Account Managers, Client Service Representatives and Assist Client Service Representatives. She has published papers and presented at a number of conferences on the topic of non-profit insurance. She is bringing a vast knowledge of business management and account services to Millennial.
